Emotionally designed apartment

a Parisian Loft style penthouse – a typical space of lofts converted from old factories in the center of Paris. This is a blend of rustic industrial spirit and the elegant, liberal features typical of French architecture.

Architectural Overview

The open space, high ceiling with a completely exposed white steel truss system, creates a feeling of both classic and freedom. The entire roof is replaced with tempered glass with a black steel frame - allowing natural light to flood in all day long, while also opening up a spectacular view towards the Eiffel Tower and the classic roofs of Paris.

Materials and tones

The natural light wood floor combined with white walls and beams helps the apartment to be always full of light. Metal details, rough wooden tables, rustic wooden chairs, bookshelves and antique wooden cabinets are kept with the old paint, bringing a cozy feeling and a sense of time. The entire space is dotted with green plants, vases of flowers and natural light that changes according to the hours of the day.

Interior space

The living room is the center of the apartment, with a large white sofa placed next to the floor-to-ceiling glass wall, creating a beautiful relaxing scene. The adjacent open kitchen stands out with wooden cabinets, open shelves and light, vintage-inspired decorative details. The rough wooden dining table connects the areas, both rustic and artistic.

The small library at the end of the room, with light shining down on the bookshelves and music discs, makes the space lively but still peaceful.

Design inspiration

The apartment is a symbol of the slow and liberal Paris Loft style - where every detail has a soul: the sunset light through the glass roof, soft music from the corner of the room, a cat sunbathing on a white sofa. This is the connection between art, life and emotions - simple but sophisticated.

Inspiration application

This style can be applied to studio spaces, penthouses or art homestays in Da Lat, Nha Trang, Saigon, by:
• Keeping natural light tones, limiting artificial colors.
• Use real wood, matte black metal and linen.
• Open up windows or skylights to create a similar lighting effect.
