Dalat Whitehall
Floor area of 1000m2 including 1 basement, 1 ground floor, 2 floors. Designed in the style of a classic symmetrical English villa and Midcentury interior blending classic with modern, gold details with elegant, luxurious tones. Completion time in 2019 by MLUX Design, interior and exterior design and construction.
Dalat Boulevard
The villa is built on a 682m² plot of land, with a total floor area of up to 1000m², divided into two separate blocks. The first block consists of 6 bedrooms, while the second block consists of 3 bedrooms, all cleverly connected to each other but still ensuring the necessary privacy. The overall project is a combination of Belgian-inspired architectural style and design solutions suitable for the specific climate and terrain conditions of Da Lat - a city located on a plateau with strong winds and high humidity.
