The double-fronted Victorian house
This house is a bold innovation from the double-fronted Victorian house, recreated in a modern way but still keeping the historical spirit. The project impresses with its unique red architectural block, the steel brise-soleil system that both blocks the sun, creates privacy, and brings visual depth to the entire facade
This house is a bold innovation from the double-fronted Victorian house, recreated in a modern way but still keeping the historical spirit. The project impresses with its unique red architectural block, the steel brise-soleil system that both blocks the sun, creates privacy, and brings visual depth to the entire facade.
The house layout revolves around the central courtyard - where new functional blocks such as pavilion, garage, workshop and swimming pool are organized seamlessly, creating an open living space, full of light and connecting the family. Terra-cotta red, Douglas Fir wood and cleverly restrained color accents make the interior feel warm, artistic but still modern and strong.
Inside, the living rooms are designed with raw materials: polished concrete, baked bricks, wooden ceilings - perfectly blending with minimalist interiors. The living space opens out to the garden, the reading room with its impressive long wooden shelves, the mid-century dining room and the kitchen with its strong geometric shapes create a unique living experience, full of design.
The entire project is arranged as a harmony between heritage and contemporary, where every small corner is kneaded to bring a sense of comfort, connection and joy to those who live there.
