The villa is built on a 682m² plot of land, with a total floor area of ​​up to 1000m², divided into two separate blocks. The first block consists of 6 bedrooms, while the second block consists of 3 bedrooms, all cleverly connected to each other but still ensuring the necessary privacy. The overall project is a combination of Belgian-inspired architectural style and design solutions suitable for the specific climate and terrain conditions of Da Lat - a city located on a plateau with strong winds and high humidity.
