Tuscan Rustic Villa restored stone villa
Tuscan Rustic Villa restored stone villa – a masterpiece combining ancient Italian architecture and contemporary interior, where the breath of time blends with modern sophistication.
Architectural Overview
The building is built from natural stone, retaining almost the entire arched structure and thick walls of ancient Tuscany monasteries. The high arched windows and black steel-framed doors create a strong contrast between rough and clean. The stone-paved entrance, surrounded by olive trees, reeds and iron lanterns - has a classic Mediterranean feel.

Interior space
Step inside, all boundaries between old and new are erased. The original rough stone walls are completely retained, combined with light wooden floors and white linen-covered furniture, creating a warm but luxurious feeling.
The open living room is flooded with light through large glass walls overlooking the valley, highlighted by a large white sofa and a rustic natural wood table.
The spacious and majestic kitchen with a marble island and oak cabinets, high-quality stainless steel equipment is delicately processed to blend with the ancient stone walls.
The reading and communal living space has an “Industrial Loft” feel – high ceilings, exposed wooden beams, a glass pendant light system and large bookshelves that provide warm lighting.
⸻
Landscape & Lighting
Outside is a terraced garden made of stone blocks, with ash-grey lounge chairs and natural, unadorned landscapes, creating a sense of harmony with the terrain. The afternoon light reflected through the glass highlights the golden color of the ancient stone – a cinematic visual effect.

Application in Vietnam
This architectural model can be applied to hillside resort villas or high-end resorts in Da Lat, Bao Loc, Ninh Thuan, by:
• Keeping the stone arch structure intact, replacing natural stone with basalt or rough-cut granite.
• Using black steel frames and large glass to get light.
• Arranging white furniture, linen, oak wood and warm yellow lights to neutralize the tropical climate.
