“Moradia do Retiro” – House of Silence

This house is a subtle intervention on the foundation of an existing building, retaining the granite walls, the sloping roof and the original rhythm of the space. Meanwhile, the interior is redesigned in a contemporary style – comfortable, flexible and harmoniously connected to the private garden outside.

The project balances the past, present and future, transforming the house into a timeless home where memories, comfort and emotions coexist in a space filled with affection.
